What if three simple Bs could change your life? 🐝
I was given the opportunity to speak about how these 3 ways of Being have changed my life, so I thought I’d share some of my thoughts:
BE STILL: This does not mean “do nothing.” Rather, being still means listening for inspiration, and this often leads you to your next bold action step.
BE PRESENT: I believe that a big part of why we are here is to HAVE JOY. When I wallow in the past or worry about the future, I only feel despair and anxiety. I find true happiness when I intentionally look for reasons to be happy~right now.
BE POSITIVE: I don’t think being positive means ignoring what is going on around me or even emotions that are going on inside of me. To me, being positive means that in spite of all that might be happening, I can TRUST GOD, remember that He will provide me with peace and strength when I “lean not unto mine own understanding.” God is the source of all that is good, so I look around me for all that is good and this keeps me positive.
